The EWHEELS BAM EW-SUPREME 750W is the newest and most powerful of our e-bikes. On top of the powerful motor and large capacity battery, the BAM EW-SUPREME has some great additional features including front and rear fenders, rear rack, front and rear electric lights, and rear brake light. This e-bike is perfect for those who are always on the go!
Easy to ride: whether you want to only use the throttle or would like to use pedal assist to get a bit of a workout, it's completely up to you. This electric bike offers 5 levels of pedal assist with a 12 magnet cadence sensor. The BAM EW-SUPREME also has a twist throttle with an On/Off button so you can just kick back and enjoy the ride!
Powerful: featuring a powerful 750W rear hub motor and a large capacity 48V/14Ah battery, there is nowhere this e-bike can't take you to. You can easily get between 20-45+ miles on this e-bike (depending on terrain, rider weight & pedal assist level).
Comfortable: equipped with a very comfortable and fully adjustable Velo Plush saddle and a Promax, 350mm x 27.2mm seat post. You can cruise on this e-bike for hours without feeling any discomfort. The front fork suspension will also make your rides smoother and less bumpy.

Should I Be Present To Receive My Order?
All of our e-bikes are shipped with "Signature Required". This is to ensure your e-bike gets to you safely. You can make arrangements accordingly based on the date on your expected delivery tracking info.
Because we are an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell on our store, we can make sure that you are getting the best price on the market for all of our products. Our manufacturers have what's called a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) enforcement policy which ensures that we can offer you the lowest possible price in the industry!
If you find any other store selling the exact same item we have on our store but cheaper, then we will match that price, even if you've already purchased from us!

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will help you with the return.
Our manufacturers' return policies last between 7 and 30 days (click here for detailed info). Unfortunately, if the manufacturer's return policy time has gone by, we won't be able to process a return for you. If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, we'll be able to help you return your item(s).
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10%-25% restocking fee by our manufacturers (click here for more detailed info). The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. You must also keep the original packaging of the item(s).

The shipping from ebike vault was very fast I only had the problem with FedEx that they kept putting me off for at least 5 days delayed shipping through them otherwise I would have had it five days later after shipped what can I say this bike is Big it's bad and it's heavy it's one monster bike and it rides really comfortable. I'd like to thank e-bike vault for responding to all my questions very promptly and I would say get a bike through these people I did have my money down for a sondors but they kept continuously changing the ship date and so I found ebike vault and chose them and the next day the bike was shipped. And I'm very happy I did thank you once again.

My boyfriend has had an e bike for a year and I had a standard pedal bike. His is exactly the same bike in almost every regard except a few add ins like rack and fenders. I actually paid a little less and got a bit more with e vault. That been said, I would struggle trying to go where he could go with his pedal assist and it started to take some of the joy out of riding together. We live in a hilly area. Now we can explore much more and never worry about how tired we are or saving energy for the trip back or whether it’s up hill! Opens up a whole new aspect to riding bikes.
