Stylish: this beautiful e-bike was designed to imitate a retro motorcycle. The batteries are bolted into the box that looks like a gas tank. It’s so well designed that people mistakenly think it’s a motorcycle.
Easy to ride: you can ride your Cheetah 26" like a motorcycle using only the throttle if that’s what you want. The twist throttle on the right of the handlebar gives it a motorcycle feel. However, the great thing is that you can also get a bit of a workout on this electric bike using the pedal assist (5 levels). You can also use the mechanical shifter to ride this e-bike like a regular bike without using any power.
Powerful: the CIVI Bikes Cheetah - The Cafe Racer doesn't just look like a motorcycle. It has also the components to match a motorcycle. Featuring a powerful 750W (1200W Peak) rear hub motor and a large capacity 48V/13Ah or 17.5Ah battery, there is nowhere in the city this e-bike can't take you. Comfortable: the Cheetah electric bike is designed with comfort in mind, so you’ll be able to ride it with a comfortable upright position. The fat tires will allow you to ride it on or off road if you’d like to. You can ride the Cheetah on mud, sand, snow or any other type of terrain for hours without feeling any discomfort. The saddle is also equipped with springs on the bottom which gives this electric bike added comfort.
Safe: on top of the durable high-strength Aluminum Alloy frame, this Harley style cruiser electric bike also comes with hydraulic disc brakes instead of mechanical. This is a perfect fit for its powerful motor. Your Cheetah will stop immediately after you hit the brakes. This is a great added safety feature. The motor inhibitor feature will also allow you to override the throttle and pedal assist so your Civi Cheetah stops faster.
Extra features: The Civi Cheetah comes with a beautiful LCD color display. You can easily switch it on/off from the bottom of the battery tank. The LCD display has a ton of cool features like a battery charge indicator, odometer, speedometer, tripmeter, pedal assist level (1 to 5)...etc. The Cheetah LCD display is fully customizable and programmable. You just hold the “Set” button for a couple seconds and you’ll be able to access the menu. You can adjust every single feature on this e-bike to your liking. You can also switch the LCD display to either day mode or night mode to improve visibility.
The Civi Cheetah fat tire electric bike also comes with a large motorcycle looking headlight with 2 different modes (low beam and bright). You can switch between the 2 modes by clicking on the button on the left of the handlebar.

Question: What's the difference between the Civi Cheetah 13Ah and 17.5Ah? Answer: the Civi Cheetah 17.5Ah has a larger capacity battery so you will get more miles per charge on it compared to the 13Ah model.
Question: What's the difference in weight between the 13Ah and 17.5Ah models? Answer: the difference is barely noticeable. The 17.5Ah model has a slightly heavier battery (1 lb) more than the 13Ah model.
Question: are the batteries between the Civi Cheetah 13Ah and 17.5Ah interchangeable? Answer: Yes. Both battery capacities provide totally the same power output, torque, and top speed. Range per charge is the only difference.

Our manufacturers have what's called a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) enforcement policy which ensures that we can offer you the lowest possible price in the industry!

What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives before you sign for it. If you see any visible damages, please sign for the item as "Damaged" and retain a copy of the bill/receipt.
After that, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the manufacturer. All damage claims are handled directly by our manufacturers.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?

Ordered a bike and received notifications of its arrival time. Received the bike within two days. Had a problem with the bike upon assembly and sent an email into support. Received a response within a day with guidance on how to correct and that they had reached out to the manufacture for additional support. Next day received additional guidance the manufacture had provide and a courtesy follow up to ensure my issue was corrected. Over the top service during ordering and shipping and great technical support with my issue.
I love this thing, it’s a blast to ride. It arrived mostly assembled, just had to put the front wheel and handlebar on (which was easy). The battery lasts longer than I thought it would too. It just looks cool, I think it’s a great design. It does handle a little like a motorcycle with weight on the top tube and a big fork and tires, don’t try to make very sharp turns like it’s a mountain bike. I’d definitely recommend!
My experience with EbikeVault was great. The contact I had with customer service was good and responsive. The Cheetah is a great bike and well built. Haven't had a chance to use it, due to a battery charging issue. The charger that came with the bike doesn't seem to be working cause the green light won't turn to red to charge. Reaching out to Revi Bikes, hoping for a quick fix.
